Quickstart
Get from sign-up to your first scan results in under 5 minutes.
1. Create an Account
Sign up at harborguard.com or deploy the open-source version with Docker Compose.
2. Connect a Registry
Navigate to Dashboard > Registries and click Add Registry. Select your registry provider and enter your credentials. HarborGuard encrypts all credentials at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption.
3. Run Your First Scan
Once your registry is connected, HarborGuard will discover your images automatically. Click Scan on any image to trigger a scan using all six scanners.
4. Review Results
Scan results appear on the Scans page with a compliance grade (A-D), vulnerability counts by severity, and per-scanner attribution showing which engine detected each finding.
