SLA Policies

SLA policies define how quickly vulnerabilities must be remediated based on their severity.

Default SLA Timelines

Configure organization-wide SLA deadlines in Settings > General:

  • Critical — Must be remediated within a defined number of days
  • High — Longer remediation window
  • Medium — Extended timeline
  • Low — Longest remediation window

SLA Breach Tracking

The compliance dashboard tracks SLA compliance rates and flags vulnerabilities approaching or exceeding their deadlines. Breached SLAs trigger notifications through configured channels.
