Scheduling Scans

HarborGuard supports multiple scan scheduling modes to fit your workflow.

Manual Scans

Trigger a scan on-demand from the dashboard or via the API.

Scheduled Scans

Configure recurring scans per registry — daily, weekly, or custom cron expressions. Schedules are managed in Settings > Scan Defaults or per-registry in the registry settings.

On-Push Scans

Trigger scans automatically when new tags are pushed to a connected registry. Requires webhook configuration on the registry side.
