Channel Configuration

Slack Setup

1. Create an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace
2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Add Channel
3. Select Slack and paste the webhook URL
4. Send a test notification to verify

PagerDuty Setup

1. Create a service in PagerDuty with an Events API v2 integration
2. Copy the integration key
3. Add a PagerDuty channel in HarborGuard with the integration key

Email Setup

Email notifications use the platform's configured SendGrid integration. Add recipient email addresses when creating an email channel.

Webhook Setup

Enter any HTTPS endpoint URL. HarborGuard signs payloads with HMAC-SHA256 — see Webhook Signatures for verification details.
