Managing Subscription

Upgrading

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan to upgrade to a higher tier. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Adding Seats

Add additional member seats from the billing page. Each seat is billed at your plan's per-seat rate.

Downgrading

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Ensure your usage is within the lower plan's limits before downgrading.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from the billing page. Your account remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
