1. Acceptance
By using HarborGuard ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Service description
HarborGuard provides a container vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance reporting platform. We deliver the Service via our hosted infrastructure and as an open-source distribution under AGPL-3.0.
3. Acceptable use
- You may scan only container images you own or have authorization to scan.
- You may not use the Service to attack, probe, or scan systems you do not own.
- You may not resell or rebrand the hosted Service without a separate agreement.
4. Plans and payment
Free, Team, and Enterprise plans are described at /pricing. Paid plans renew automatically per the cycle you select. You may downgrade or cancel from /settings/billing; changes prorate to the day.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the platform. We will notify you with at least seven days' notice except where suspension is required to mitigate active abuse.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". HarborGuard does not warrant that scans will identify every vulnerability in your images. Vulnerability databases are imperfect and CVE coverage varies by ecosystem.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarborGuard's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We post material changes here with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
